Radha

Radha is a lifelong yogini with a lifelong passion for yoga, Indian classical Kathak dance, breathwork, and the pursuit of personal and spiritual growth. As a certified 500-hour yoga instructor and certified Rebirthing Breathwork guide, she brings together movement, breath, mindfulness, and self-awareness to create transformative experiences.

Radha has had the great fortune to study Indian classical Kathak dance under some of India’s most celebrated masters, including Pt. Birju Maharaj, one of the most revered figures in the Kathak tradition. Through years of dedicated study and practice, she has developed a deep appreciation for the grace, femininity, beauty, rhythm, and expressive power of this ancient art form.

Her journey has also led her deeply into the practice of conscious breathing. As a certified Rebirthing Breathwork guide, Radha has studied breathwork with experienced teachers, including renowned breathwork pioneer Dan Brulé. She incorporates conscious breathing as a powerful tool for relaxation, self-awareness, emotional release, and deeper connection with oneself.

Having dedicated her life to these practices, Radha creates retreats where yoga, breathwork, dance, mindfulness, exploration, and personal growth come together in a meaningful and inspiring experience.

Radha invites people from all backgrounds and walks of life to immerse themselves in her teachings and join her retreats internationally. Her approach honors the traditions and lineage of yoga and Indian classical dance while creating space for each individual to explore their own unique journey.

Through her teachings, she encourages participants to reconnect with the body’s natural wisdom, cultivate a deeper awareness of the breath, and discover the freedom and joy of authentic self-expression.

Her retreats are an invitation to pause, reconnect, explore, and transform — both within and beyond yourself. ✨
